Nye La Piazza is owned by Mostafa Chaibi (picture above). It’s been open to the public since 2001, and prior to this the restaurant went bankrupt under different owners due to poor hygiene (among other problems). We can not stress enough that today’s restaurant has nothing to do with the previous management, hence the new name Nye La Piazza. Food critics have written positively about the ambience, food and wine. We have been mentioned in the highly respected newspaper Dagens Næringsliv, receiving 5/6. We would like to emphasize that in five years we have developed trust and quality, hence becoming one of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s favourites.
As Dagens Næringsliv commented, our ultimate goal is to offer a gourmet meal that suits every wallet.
Our decor shows the distinctive historical character of Rosenkildehuset. In addition to this historical location, we also aim to establish a comfortable yet exciting environment for our guests. We are continuously striving to achieve a perfect environment that will be a new experience for our guests every time.
Nye La Piazza suits every one, we serve satisfied couples daily, business people to families with small children. We are famous in Stavanger for our hospitality towards children. All our pizza and pasta dishes can be served in children`s portions which are naturally reduced in cost.
